AGGIORNAMENTO - CONSEGNA GREEN PASS Luoghi di Lavoro
Con la conversione in legge ( L. 19 novembre 2021, n. 165) del D.L. 127/21, al fine di semplificare e razionalizzare le verifiche il lavoratore potrà chiedere di consegnare al datore
di lavoro copia del proprio Green Pass.
Il Collegio delle Società Scientifiche Italiane di Medicina Estetica composto da Agorà, Sies e Sime ritiene di fare cosa utile mettendo a disposizione la documentazione integrativa aggiornata che è stata predisposta dall'ufficio legale del collegio.
GREEN PASS Luoghi di Lavoro
A partire dal 15 ottobre fino al 31 dicembre è fatto obbligo di verifica della Certificazione Verde Covid-19 Green Pass per tutti i soggetti che svolgono, a qualsiasi titolo, la propria attività lavorativa o di formazione o di volontariato e che, per svolgere dette attività, accedano a un luogo di lavoro, anche sulla base di contratti esterni.
Il Collegio delle Società Scientifiche Italiane di Medicina Estetica composto da Agorà, Sies e Sime ritiene di fare cosa utile mettendo a disposizione la documentazione che è stata predisposta dall'ufficio legale del collegio per coadiuvare i medici estetici nel documentare le attività di controllo del green pass per i lavoratori.
